Hi @Casey22,

 

You said earlier that the message only appears on wifi,  so try accessing a website or speedtest anyway - even when that message appears .  I read somewhere that ' internet may not be available ' doesn't necessarily mean you can't connect !

 

If it does work and you don't see the message on a wired router connection you might just need to adjust configuration on the other devices.

 

Fingers crossed that you resume normal breathing soon . Meanwhile not much consolation but at least the fault's reported and technician will come out if all else fails.
