ADSL went down on Friday evening 4th March. I called the helpline to be told that they were doing upgrading work in the area. It would be back up on the 5th. It is now evening of the 6th and still nothing. Anybody else in Douglasdale having a problem?

My line went down on 18 February 2016 and is still down! So frustrating. Calls to the Service Centre give me the same response that the Technician is attending to the problem. Until joining up with this forum I was not aware that the ADSL line in Douglasdale is/was down? Has my line been by-passed in the fix? Yesterday a technician called me and he was due to arrive at my house at 3.15. He never did!
