My landline went off about 2 weeks ago. I ignored it as we hardly use the land line. The internet still worked no problem.
I did receive a message to say our lines were going to be worked on for upgrades. (not sure if this is related to the below)
On Saturday 26 March my internet also went down. I have reported a fault: 209cwk260316
Which shows no progress other than it having been logged.
I have also escalated the fault: 843440
Can someone please give me some feedback, I work remotely and this is having a huge impact.
