ADSL Upgrade new system

Dear Telkom,

 

Can somebody that can work on the new system please contact me regarding an ADSL upgrade. How can you have a new system and nobody can work on it. It's a discrace! Unprofesional and uter rubish.

 

I have contacted Telkom (10213) about 10 times and shop 3 times. Yet, nobody can help me. It's been two weeks and I haven't receive even an order number for the upgrade.

Be careful, you may actually get what you wish for.   After an upgrade I no longer have working internet line and a working phone.   Been a week now of phoning Telkom and no resolution.

On the topic of this, hopefully not to sidetrack the main topic.
Just want to find out, have any of you guys experienced a 2Mb vdsl line? If so, is it really as bad as it sounds?
My main uses for this would be gaming, streaming in 720p and just surfing. Will the line speed be adequate?
