Woke up at 6am, no internet SIX HOURS later it came on. During the six hours it was down, I tried 10210 five time, each time, no answer, no agent to help.
Why is it that when Telkom is down, we can be warned so that we know it is a Telkom problem and not on the customers side! It's just unexeptable, and seems that during the weekend we can whistle for help.

same here, i stayed over an hour and half on call and no answered, went and stood in cue for another hour just for the lady at the counter to tell me the server is down nation wide, telkom really has the worst customer service ive ever experienced

So it comes back on, but now I have been without a landline for 3days, they have been digging outside my front gate, and now they have stuffed my line up, and also, some emails are taking 48 hours to get to my inbox!! Fault was made, three days ago, and I'm still waiting. I guess it will take a month before anyone comes out here to check the line.
