ADSL down since 8th of March

Call has been escalated on the 11 of March with escalation number of 836550, and until now, the it is still not fixed.

 

Got SMSs in between to say it has been resolved but it was not, so had to call in again to open new tickets regarding the same issue...

 

It is now 3 weeks since the internet is down and still have not been helped!

its best if you contact Telkom through facebook or twitter @HelloTelkom, those guys are very helpful
