Hi, I've completed an application for an ADSL line and was approved on 01/09/2017. The consultant stated that a technician would contact me after 7 working days, it's been a week now and I've not been contacted. Any help??
We have a lot of openserve technicians in my town, saying that there are not enough techs would be a straight ignorant lie. Can you please communicate with your Dispatchers to assign my order to a technician. I need this line for work as I'm working from home and LTE is not a solution in my area. Order no: 156199510A

7 working days which doesn't include weekends so you need to count Mo-Fri which is 5 days
