ADSL line whole sale Pool

Hi,

 

Does anyone have any tips to get my ADSL line moved into the wholesale pool?

I have moved to Afrihost, and they say I must request this.

 

I requested it from servcancellation@telkom.co.za but I get an error "Mailbox is full", I have tried a few other adresses without a response so far.

I have been having the same problem for over 2 weeks now. Migrated my line back to Telkom due to relocation purposes. New line was installed and now that I want to migrate back to my ISP there is endless issues. Telkom say the line is back with the ISP, my ISP says it is still with Telkom. Both mail addresses I have been given get returned with Mail box full. So WHO and HOW do you get hold of someone to assist.

 

Telkom I gave you Kudos due the quick response on the installation, but this service is quite pathetic.

go to services, cancellations, select with service to cancel, #tin,#B no, #or line.

i wanted to change isp so i choose: B no:

upload id & submit. get the referance at te end

 

& hold thumbs they release it int the pool
