Adsl/wifi down

I jave been struggling since friday with my internet connection. Yesterday i held on for 52 minutes before being helped. Needless to say it was fine (still buffering alot but had connection) and today i have none. Only the power, dns and internet lights are on on the router. Held on again for 34 minutes and got disconnected before any agent answered. Anyone else down in cape town, northern suburbs, brackenfell?

I'm not in your area ...  but if there's no outage reported try switching your router off / on,   if that doesn't work report a fault online then try the other support options - posting your fault ref & details on a Telkom social media channel usually gets a quick response:-

 

* Log and Track a Fault online      https://apps.telkom.co.za/assurance/public/logafault
* Report a fault via SMS:    SMS "SERVICE" and your landline number to 30591. (SMS at no charge.)
