Sorry to hear this but we’re also customers in the forum ( no other link to Telkom) - unfortunately can’t really help re service issues.
Telkom system process can take a few days to interface between installation, accounts & activation. I’m guessing your existing contract’s being replaced for the adsl installation to trigger the new adsl activation.
If no joy from the call centres try messaging your order refs & details to a Telkom media support team for escalation - they’ll send you decent feedback :
