Anyone know of a problem with the Bardene Exchange in Boksburg?
I received an sms on the 13 Feb about a general problem, then on the 18th received another one to say everything is resolved.
Since then I've been battling. Internet during the day is fine, from about 17h00 it just gets slower and slower. My pings to www.telkom.co.za hits 500ms.
I am on a capped account. I tried different modems as well as different accounts.

I'm in Ravenswood and have the same problem as you. Probably on the same Exchange, It's congestion since 19th February most likely caused by the massive lightning storm on the 18th. I've logged several faults with no response.
