Hi, I am being charged for data to a landline I canceled in Aug 2017.
Each month I receive an invoice for data which no one uses.

If I speak to the telkom online chat they drop my chat for the last 20 times I have asked them for help.
They drop the chat as soon as they check the account, telling me that indeed Telkom is charging me for Data which no one is using.
Please stop the billing or contact me via the prefered email contact method listed on my account number.
