Hi, I also logged a billing dispute in May 2017. I call the call centre and made a dispute, I found out today that the dispute was rejected. The consultant today could only help by creating a new dispute for me. One of the consultant’s before told me not to pay until this was resolved. I now have to pay the extra with no explanation for that month and now there are late penalties. From the information that was given, I cannot call anyone other than the call centre (who can’t do anything, besides to rise a dispute), to get my problem fixed. This is my money, regardless of the amount… this need to be resolved. The reference was 283 210 090
Can someone assist?
