Cable damaged.

After moving into a new house and transferring my telkom line 2 streets up, I have not been able to enjoy my landline and my ADSL. This has been 2 months of paying for something I can't use. Fault reported so many times I've lost track. Every time a technician comes out just to say he quick fixed the problem but it's going to happen again. 2 days later it does. This has been on going until someone said they must replace a cable. How long that will take no body knows. In the meantime I'm paying more than R1200. 00 every month for something I cant use. How does that work?
