I was advised that our line stopped working on the 18th of November due to cable theft. I can understand that this is out of tekoms control.
But I have been informed that there is no expected replacement date. This cannot be accetable. I am expected to pay for the Landline as well as the ADSL line at the end of the month.
You have to give me a better response than "no expected date of replacement".
Please email me urgently as I require the line for work purposes. I need Telkom to provide me with a way forward for waht I am paying for.
