I have been trying for 9 months to cancel my Telkom ADSL line. I keep emailing the documents as per the instructions on the website. The auto-reply keeps telling me that I will get a response in 21 days but it never comes. If I go into the store, they tell me I need to email. If I phone, they tell me I need to email.
Has anyone got any other suggestions short of instructing the bank to cancel the debit order.
