I cannot find a way to cancel my ADSL service on MyTelkom. Please is there not another way to cancel the service (I have a cancellation form filled in and certified ID book... where can I send it to?)

Today I saw on facebook that someone is launching a class action suit against this useless ANC SOE in June...stay tuned

They told me to send them same cancel for to firstname.lastname@example.org.
This was done in December and still to this date they have not cancelled and I am still being billed.
I give up.
Branches are of no help too......you must call on the phone inside ....tried tofirst do it there and told to send form.
So what next do we do...........................not pay the bills

I went to the branch......not really helpful a waste of time and was told to call on the phone . This i could have done from home.
Told me to complete form and send copy of ID which i did.
This was emailed in December 2017 and still to this day I am being charged for products i do not use.
I give up.
What do i do next........................do i stop paying the bill for their attention.
