Congested 762 witpoortjie

Anyone else experiencing congestion? I have been sitting with 600ms ping on my adsl for 2 weeks now from 5pm every single day. I have been told that its not only mine but the whole 762 port. I have been complaining so much that I think they will tell me anything to keep me quiet. I have to play DGL but now me and my team are looking to be disqualified due to me not being able to connect or practice and since im the captain you can understand the issue. DGL is also hosted by telkom which makes this issue even worse. Now im being told that they will initiate a change over upgrade but it will take indefinite time to do so. So not only do i not get to use the Internet but i alsi have to still pay the account for serciwi dont get to enjoy.

@Lainee As per our network team, there is a planned cutover in early March 2016 on this exchange to alleviate congestion.
