I've been having this exact same issue for about 2 weeks now. Five different telkom tech's have worked on the problem none have been able to fix it. They're supposedly sending out a "specialist" this weekend, but I'm not getting my hopes up, because the guy that came out today was supposed to be some sort of specialist... How to I get telkom to send someone from Bytes Technology, they seem to know what to do?

Hello. I am having a similar problem. Both my moblie devices can connect with my router but then it show "no internet access". I have tried resetting and rebooting the router. Nothing seems to be working. Please help ?

Hi my landline and internet is down, Its been a week now and i cannot contact telkom due to landline being down, i`ve logged a call 3 times on the app already but have gotten no joy, please can someone assist
