Yesterday I called and waited 25 minutes to be helped. Once someone eventually answered your system was offline and I couldn't be assisted. Today I have been on the phone for 35 minutes and I am still to get through to a sales consultant. The reason for my call is because the last time I phoned I upgraded my account to the 10MB uncapped account. The line was changed but my Uncapped account wasn't upgraded so for 15 days I only got 4MB speeds. This after I was assured BOTH were changed.
So in summary:
- Please hire more people to answer calls.
- Make sure these people are competent.
- Please make sure your system is actually online.

@Rendier This is not one of our service channels, so we are not manning it with service agents. It is rather a peer 2 peer support site.
