I have an uncapped Telkom Fibre contract, which includes a 1GB per month Mobile data SIM Card. The sim card connects but does not have any mobile data loaded on it. Checking my online account it seems that simcard has only Wi-Fi data loaded, not mobile data. According to the promotion I signed up for, it should be Mobile data. Anybody have the same problem?
