I bought R59.90 non roaming data for 5 days but I didn't receive a confirmation sms to show that my transaction was successful. I checked my balance and it was still the same i.e nothing was deducted. I did the same thing again and still there was no sms. After a while I got two SMS's confirming the transactions. I called the customer service and spoke to one of the consultants, I told him about my experience and requested him to cancel the 2nd transaction since I only wanted to make a single bundle purchase. But he said he can't do it. I really don't understand why I have to suffer because of network's very poor service. Stop ripping off your customers and take responsibility for faults. What happed to me was not at all fair and this matter should have been dealt with differently.
