Dead Internet line

Extremely poor service by Telkom. I phoned 10210 several times with no success. No feedback forth coming. Ref. 185ark030517

Hi @TKV I directed your fault ref to the support team and they say that a technician attended yesterday. Hope they were able to fix your line.

Hi there.  I also have a problem with a dead internet line at my premises.  And I battle to log a call.  Please can you assist?

Hi @Heleen01 To report a fault, you can SMS "SERVICE" and your landline number to 30591, if you have not been able to log a fault yet.

I did sms without any success "Your request could not be completed, please report your problem via 10210, which is also not very helpfull.

@Heleen01, us members cant really help with a service issue, but you can also try Facebook or Twitter to report a fault. Otherwise I have also downloaded their App and reported a fault from there.
