Hi @Heleen01 To report a fault, you can SMS "SERVICE" and your landline number to 30591, if you have not been able to log a fault yet.
I did sms without any success "Your request could not be completed, please report your problem via 10210, which is also not very helpfull.
@Heleen01, us members cant really help with a service issue, but you can also try Facebook or Twitter to report a fault. Otherwise I have also downloaded their App and reported a fault from there.
