Email password

After this week's Email System upgrade by Telkom, I cannot sign in on my emails. Do not accept my password. Received an sms from Telkom on 28/07/2020, informing me of this upgrade and notify me about passwords. Apparently the passwords changed to a temporary value which can be changed at ''customerportal''. At this portal they also needs a password to log in. Previous passwords do not work anywhere. Impossible to phone them and Chat to Agent also does not work. Anyone out there that can be of help

I have the same issue no emails for two weeks now.  Phoned help line  3 times, told that the system is down and no indication at all as to when this will be repaired.  On line chat and emailed support.  Was told to request a new password which I did twice and neither worked.  This is beyond frustrating - where to now?
