I wonder if i will ever get this internet up and running while im still alive. Everything was delivered some two weeks ago. i have been on the phone for hours every single day. Ticket after ticket having been loaded for me, Vumatel sends me to Telkom, Telkom sends me to Vumatel. I am ready to cancel the whole system.
I sit and try to configure the wifi with the call centre agents over the phone but it just never works. It shows that the internet is running but when you try log into a browser page it says no internet.
I would really appreciate if anybody from Telkom could contact me to sort this out!. i have simply had enough.
