Fault Pending - 7+ Weeks (Ref: 73CTK191116)

So Telkom installed Fibre for my Neighbors and the Technician that did the installation cut my ADSL line.. I opened the Fault on the 19th of November 2016 and still haven't gotten any resolution.. There have been 4 different technicians who have come out - looked at the line - noted that it has been cut and simply said that they have to report it to the Cable Devision.. I have not heard a single thing from the 'Cable Devision' or any one from Telkom about reinstalling the line that they cut in the first place.. I phone at least twice a day and spend 20 min per call on the phone trying to get some resolution but clearly Telkom is not in the mood to actually provide their customers with service.
