Fed up, no dsl for a month

Im am now totally fed-up with telkom's appaling service.  I am cancelling everything and Im taking my business elsewhere.  For a month now I have been listening to empty promises about my dsl-line which is down. The problem was supposedly escalated twice, but nothing came of it.  In the mean time I have to pay good money to my ISP which I cannot use, as Telkom is not fixing my dsl.  I really think this is appaling service.  Between incompentent staff, empty promises andjust no service Im done.  Telkom can now take a flying leap.  Luckily there ar other sources for these services.
