Fibre Activation

need help regarding my Fibre activation

I applied for the January Deal for R807 - Telkom Approved

Router Package Delivered to my Home Ordered on the 18th of January

I have phoned 10210 and 10213 I have emailed the TIN number 


I have been told 3 different things on different calls

Apparently, it has been Escalated - told 3 Days that was 19 Days ago

How to Activate the Fibre Package I can only hold so long when phoning in      

the Package is with Telkom - the line is with VUMATEL

(No Activation from Telkom)

The line is active - I cannot set up the Router until TELKOM has activated the Package

PLEASE HELP - let me know what is happening - call me - email me

After this, I have to go to Legal

I was promised a Call Back - Nothing No Call, if the package is not Activated Soon, I will have to Hand this over to Telkom's Legal Department to Cancel the Package and return the Telkom Router and find an alternative ISP, this is terrible Service, Unacceptable - Note I have phoned in to report this 3 times a week since the beginning of February.

Did you get help? i have the same problem, sales tells me to call techinical and tenchnical tells me to call sales or call after 24 hours to check if its active or not and its been 2 weeks already. The agents are so rude.

Exactly the same story with me. Order was done in May , router deliverd on the 15 May 2020. To date fibre is not activated.

Was sent to 10210, they then sent me back to 10213, hold on those lines not anything less than 25min.

Their service is PATHETIC
