Fibre Line release to pool

Does anyone know who to contact at Telkom to get my fibre line released into the pool. The following departments are unable to assist with some staff getting annoyed with me because I'm asking for assistance.

Called sales , technical, billing and they keep sending me in circles. It's been two weeks of frustration. All my services are cancelled on their system.

What do I do?

Following this post. I have the exact same issue. Telkom customer care is non-existent :-(
