Need to cancel fibre contract due to the fact that I moved home and had to revert back to ADSL line. I have tried unsucessfully to cancel this service which I attempted on 13 November 2017. I have emailed the cancellation form, faxed, emailed, uploaded online and visited the Telkom store but to no avail. What does it take for someone to take action? This is complete incompetence and no one is ever accountable. If things don't improve, then I will cancel all my services from Telkom and go elsewhere!!!!
