Fibre ordering

I placed an order for fibre with telkom through vumatel, and i have received a routet, but that's where it stopped. I have spoken twice to vumatel and they have no record of my order and telkom state my order has been sent through on the 27th of July aleady . I am tied of phoning 10213 as i wait sometimes 20 minutes before getting help
Id please like some answers
