I've applied for the ADSL promotion in 18 Janauary 2018, till today no installation has been done and I've been billed already. Who can or must I speak to to get actual and true assistance as the call centre everytime I phone they just say someone will call! And then out of the blue a technician will call even when a date has not been confirmed or on 3 occasions an installation date has been booked but no technician has come to do installation. My order number is 206711953A.

Sorry to see your post - so frustrating not getting feedback.
Try posting your details, order number and any other refs you’ve been given on a Telkom social media channel - their dedicated support teams will usually escalate and/or send you proper feedback :

Soos ek verstaan wag duisende mense vir diens en of dit nou vir 'n foon of 'n nie werkende foon is Telkom stel net nie belang nie. Persoonlik dink ek Telkom is bangkrot. Ek voel jammer vir mense met 'n Telkom kontrak op hul selfoon want binne kort sal hul dit net nie meer dit kan gebruik nie.
