So 5 days after installation, I am still told that my TIN number is awaiting activation at their back office - I am assuming this is the IT department!
I'm so highly frustrated with Telkom and I think it's about time those bunch of unprofessional, incompetent idiots be taught a lesson... I'm seeking legal advice from my boss on the best way forward, given that I'm still well within the cooling off period!
Honestly, dealing with the idiots at Home Affairs is less painstaking than dealing with the idiots at Telkom!
I think they like the slandering and that is why they take ages to properly sort out an issue - either that or they have uneducated people at their Call Centres!
