Hi I am not able to receive emails on my Telkom account on my IPad. I am however able to send emails.
i have spoken to Telkom and reset my IPad but still no luck.
The message I keep receiving is that ‘ the Mail Server pop3.telkomsa.net is not responding. Verify you have entered the correct details in Mail settings ‘. I have done this and still have had no luck.
Any help would be appreciated.

I had the opposite problem - I was receiving e-mails, but sent e-mails were undelivered. Spoke to Telkom and was advised they have a problem. I asked them to put a message on their website advising people of the problem and also when fixed. We'll see ......
