I have requested that a technician come out to Meyersdal Alberton to fix the box against the wall (where you plug in the phone line and lan cable). I have recieved a refrance number 32774 and until today nothing was done. I have call last week and they traced the above refrance and said yes it has been escalated, but no action from them. This week i called and they say they cannot find the refrance, resulting in no action. They have taken my phone number and no call was made please help.
I want the line fixed, sign up for line rental and all.
