So I'm here from the Telkom support line, hoping for some help. I have had intermittent internet for over 3 weeks, have had an open fault for that long, and only had a technician visit me a few days ago. Upon inspection he said that the line is fine however he believes something is wrong at the exchange and said he would inform me when he fixed it. Since then I have received no calls from him or Telkom, and Telkom support line says it's up to him.
I'm really not sure what to do anymore, any advice welcome.
