Our ADSL line was installed on Thursday, Telkom systems were down so we did not get the username and password. Called on Friday and systems were still down. Got hold of them today and they advised the call was logged and we will get an sms with the details, still no sms. We have sent the word Password to 0123210215 twice now with no success. How do we get the username and password to finisth the set up to start using the service?
