Since 3 Saturdays ago my telephone line and ADSL have been on and off, and completely down since thu 03 Dec. I have reported the fault, escalated and even written on Hello Peter. And the good folks at Telkom Social Media gave me a call yesterday. But line is still down. And I have no clue what is wrong or who is doing what to fix it. Was the exchange stolen, by any chance? LOL Meanwhile my family, hopelessly dependent on an internet connection as we are, is slowly but surely sliding into depression.
Is anyone else on the Linden exchange experiencing similar problem, or is it just me and my copper line?
