My line has been down intermittently since recent rain and I looged a call on 29 November. Staying in Birchliegh orth in Kempton Park. Telkom dont seem to care to get problems resolved. I have been told by engineers on previous occasion that the box is appearently in bad condition. I cannt upgrade to higher than 2Mb ADSL either. Does people in Birchleigh North area have the same problem?
