Telkom has suspended my adsl line - they insist that my ISP has suspended my line even after mweb sent me proof that the line is suspended with telkom. I speant 4 hours on the phone with them yesterday explaining to various consultants who kept sending me from pillar to post. Only the last of 9 consultants bothered to do a thorough check and found the suspension. Her team leader was meant to lift it by 12:30 yesterday alas - no luck. No they're back to insisting that the suspension is with mweb. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
