Hi, I logged a billing dispute, I moved lines and for 3 months they still billing me on TIN2990877 in JAN 2020.
Due to a negligent call centre that gave me a reference of time and date
I call the call centre and made a dispute, no feedback at all.
Called on 13 January. The consultant only gave me a dispute reference of 1966927, followed up today and nothing can happen because the previous operator never gave me a cancellation reference .
I now have to pay the extra with no explanation for that month and now there are late penalties, so now my line cannot be cancelled!!!!
. From the information that was given, I cannot call anyone other than the call centre (who can’t do anything, besides to rise a dispute),
This is so frustrating. Cancelling my contract with telkom is a consideration!!!
