Telkom really loosing it. My ADSL fails every time a technician works on other faults. I have reported this so many times, but noone seems to care. Comes up with suggestions like check your filters, but all was fine before he worked on the box accross the road. Eventually they get it right an fault was on Telkom side. No appologies.
Next time, same story. Today again fault cleared. lasted for 3 hours. Please sort out your technicians.
