Telkom case number: 1042840 (this is 1 of three....?)
I have literally had my line for a month and that was it - after paying my very first invoice our line went down and has been down for the last 2 weeks.
i have called almost everyday and as of today there is still no tech allocated to it and it is apparently an area fault.....so i am expected to sign a 24 Month contract with you where you expect me to pay for a service which you arent providing...??? how do you feel it is ok to have a line down for 2 weeks and not attend to it... please can someone advise me of what more i cando to get this fixed.
anyone else in Musgrave area Durban experiencing this "area" fault??
