I requested my ADSL and Fixed line moved on the 14th February. It was moved on the 21st March but the tecnician that did the installation did not "sign off" on the instalation. my internet worked 2 days and it was off. Now nobody is taking responsibility to correct this issue and i'm being sent from pillar to post. When are you going to do your job..............

Unfortunately the forum isn’t manned by Telkom service agents ( we’re customers like you) - but I had similar issues after an upgrade so hope this might help:-
Call 10210 ( I found early 8am best) - ask the agent to confirm your TIN number, reset the router online, and confirm the connection’s correctly activated, configured & verified. Your relocation order could be awaiting completion in Telkom system, and/or your username & password may have been changed.
If none of this works then you may need to report a fault for a technician visit .
