No result for fault fixing

I have reported a fault on the 29th of July and have not received any feedback or result as yet. I am busy studying and need the internet. I am highly frustrated as I do not have any further means to phone Telkom regarding the issue and see no change after obe and a half weeks.

Hi. In fact it was fixed 1 month after the problem was reported. It lasted
3 days and cables was stolen again.

A frustrating thing with living in SA. You either have to wait for fibre since fibre is not worth stealing or try a wireless solution like LTE
