Order Stuck for Fixed Line

Good day 

Ive been following up on my Fixed line order for two weeks now, Im told that the order is stuck 

and it has been escalated to the back office / Tech Department to update it


Every agent im speaking to they confirm that they can pick my deposit and order "Nice of them" ,However they not able to link 
my deposit to my order for two weeks! ,How many escalations need to be submitted to get my Fixed Line.

Please can i get someone to who can update my order or email or contact number something
