Poor Telkom Fibre performance and call centre help.

Six weeks ago Telkom installed a 10MB/s 20GB fibre systemn atr my home. For the last two days my internet is extremely slow. When running a speed test I only get about 0.3MB/s and the test also reports that I have exceeded my quota which is impossible because I do not download movies and games.

 

Today I spent at least two ours calling Telkom 10210 which refers me to 10213 option 3 with NO ONE answering.

 

When trying to login on my Telkom portal I get a message that the TIN/account number that I get from my Telkom invoice is not valid.

 

This service is extremely poor!
