Poor service

Again I'm suprised at how poor Telkom service can be. I logged a call on Sunday 26 May 2019 that my Internet is down. Well today (4 June 2019) and its still down. Telkom has pin point to what the issue is, my TIN account was cancelled by Telkom for some bizare unknown reason. Is it that difficult to re-activate the account that it needs 9+ days?? Telkom does not care about their clients, I expressed to them the urgency for my Internet to be active as I work from home, so no internet, no work, no money
