I opened an account with Telkom in February of 2019, ordered a 10MB Uncapped ADSL Line and paid my deposit on the 9th of March 2019 and was promised that my line would be installed between 3-21 Business Days. It has been longer than that and still nothing. After numerous calls and emails, still nobody can help me. I have wasted over R200 in airtime calling every number I can find for Telkom, being transferred from consultant to consultant and being placed on hold for 30mins at a time. I have even been promised that a consultant will call me back IMMEDIATELY but that has been 3 days ago!
I am utterly disappointed in your customer service.
