Refund of Advance amount to my account

Hi, I have applied to close my ADSL connection last month and this month 20th i got confirmation message that it has been closed. When can i expect to get my refund amount back, how long do i need to wait, whom should i contact regarding this ? Please advise.

Telkom is the most useless company and service provider in the world!!!

Please make use of these channels for service related queries - 

 

  • Contact us on our Social Media Channels
  • Chat to an Agent (an online chat with a Telkom representitive)
  • Call the Call Center
    • Mobile: 081180 (free from a Telkom Mobile phone)
    • Home:   Sales - 10213  & Service - 10210 (free from a Telkom landline)
    • Business: Sales - 10213 & Service - 10217 (free from a Telkom landline)
